Casa Sabor at HomeSupper Club
The Flavours of Colombia

Casa Sabor at Home
A New Supper Club
I have often been asked since Sabor in Essex Road closed what my next venture will be.
Well, I have been running pop up restaurants themed around Latin American foods, and our private events and catering firm, Sabor Catering, has kept me busy. None the less I have missed seeing our loyal followers and friends on a regular basis and in a more intimate setting.
This year I have decided to launch “Mesa at Casa Sabor”, a monthly supper club in my home right next door to Sadler’s Wells Theatre in the Angel, Islington.
This exciting venture will give me a chance to catch up with you and to showcase some of our classic dishes and the tasty new Sabor recipes we have developed for our catering and events business. These will be intimate and warm events, a dinner party format, with a carefully designed set menu, a welcoming cocktail (though of course we can adjust the menu to suit guests’ dietary requirements).
Casa Sabor at Home we will continue our promotion of the cultural diversity of the Latin American Cuisine, linking traditional recipes and ingredients in a more contemporary way of cooking and presenting our dishes.
Let us once more guide your taste buds through a journey across Latin America.
How to book:
As this is a small gathering for only 20 guests, it is by invitation only. If you are interested in attending our supper clubs and other events, you can join our mailing list or send me a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cost: £40 per head including welcome cocktail, BYO
If you have not yet attended a supper club, or even if you have, I STRONGLY recommend reading this feature on Supper Club Dining
