Sabor Restaurant and Bar opened in Islington, London in 2004, serving Nuevo Latino cuisine - fresh, delectable South American food with a fusion touch. Since then the restaurant has earned numerous accolades and a regular clientele who return for the changing menu of South American specialities.
At the bar we serve lively cocktails made with fresh tropical fruits, plus classic mojitos, caipirinhas and margaritas. Latin American beers and Chilean and Argentinian wines have been carefully selected to complement Sabor's special dishes.

Opening Hours
We are open for dinner six days a week, Tuesday to Sunday, from 6pm to 11pm. Day or night throughout the week we cater for parties, weddings, civil partnerships and other events. We are also happy to host conferences, presentations and other business meetings during the day.
