At Sabor we are passionate about South American food and culture, and we like to promote and to share our work with as many people as possible. We have joined forces with Express News, a Spanish-language newspaper for the Latin American community, who are celebrating ten years of publishing in London, to lauch a bi-weekly column called ‘Gastronomia Con Sabor’. In this column, we will be covering some of the background to our food, sharing some of the recipes that we use, and giving some tips on entertainment in the Latin American style.
